In a singular move, the NPC has taken a policy decision not to allow any politician to attend the opening and closing ceremonies.

This year's event is organized with the participation of the institution heads that sponsor the National Para Athletics Championships.

The Championship is sponsored by MAS Holdings and Dialog and the closing ceremony will be held at the Sugathadasa Stadium, Colombo tomorrow (28) afternoon.
