Mr. Lionel Madugalle, a former secretary of the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs and Sports, who is the father of international cricket referee Ranjan Madugalle, has passed away at the age of 99.
His remains lie in state at the Jayaratne Funeral Parlor in Borella. The last rites will be held at 1.30 pm today (6) at the Borella Cemetery.
