In a thrilling semi final, Sri Lanka beat Pakistan by 03 wickets to reach the finals of the Women’s Asia Cup, with just one ball to spare.
Winning the toss, Sri Lanka opted to bowl first with Pakistan scoring 140/4.
Chasing 141 to win Sri Lanka were in a spot of bother early, but skipper Chamari Athapaththu slammed her 11th half century, paving the way to victory.
Chamari who departed for a well made 63 off 48, was named woman of the match.
Sri Lanka will now face India in the finals on Sunday.
