Uganda athlete becomes 1st to be COVID positive at Olympic games in Japan

An athlete from Uganda has become the first to have tested positive for COVID-19 in the Olympic Games being held in Japan.
It is reported that he has received both shots for the COVID-19 and was among a 9-member team that came to participate at the Olympic Games.
A PCR test done on him before leaving Uganda became negative, but a test upon arrival at the Narita airport in Japan has shown that he was positive.
The rest of the team has left for Osaka to commence their training.
