Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, said on Sunday China will open its door wider, and will be steadfast in deepening reform and opening-up across the board, push for high-quality development and create more opportunities for the world.

The Chinese economy has great resilience and potential, its strong fundamentals will not change, and it will remain on a positive trajectory over the long run, he said.
