The Colombo Additional Magistrate Rajindra Jayasuriya has given orders to appoint a five-member committee of experts to prepare a report on the death of prominent businessman Dinesh Schaffter.
Accordingly, the committee comprising JMOs will be appointed to probe the matter as contradictions were observed in the post-mortem reports.
The case is to be taken up again on Feb. 20.
