The Chinese Embassy in Sri Lanka has decided to distribute aid packages to 2,000 families in the Eastern province, who were affected by heavy rainfall and adverse weather conditions recently.
Governor of the Eastern province – Prof. Jayanthalal Ratnasekara has said that the distribution process will cover all three districts in the province and will be promptly done once received from the embassy.
