The World Bank (WB) Group-International Monetary Fund (IMF) Annual Meetings will be held in Morocco from October 9-15, the IMF said.
A delegation led by State Finance Minister Shehan Semasinghe, Central Bank Governor Dr. Nandalal Weerasinghe and Finance Secretary Mahinda Siriwardena will participate in this conference.
“Looking forward to representing Sri Lanka at the IMF-World Bank 2023 Annual Meetings starting on October 9 in Marrakech, Morocco. This is a great opportunity to enhance reinforced international confidence with our partners to ensure a shift from stabilisation to growth from 2024 onwards,” he said in an X message.
