Muslims across the world celebrate the birth anniversary of Prophet Muhammad today (28), a holiday known as Milad Un-Nabi.

The Holy Prophet was born on a day like today in the month of Rabi’ al-Awwal, the third month of the Islamic lunar calendar, in Mecca, Saudi Arabia.

Prophet Muhammad, the great teacher of Islam who spread the message of love and peace for all mankind, is recognized as the last messenger of Allah.

He was born in Mecca in 570 AD and died in 632 AD in Medina, Saudi Arabia.

Muslims all over the world celebrate the birth anniversary of the Prophet Muhammad who was dedicated to build a society filled with love and humanity.
