Gampaha District Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) MP and State Minister Prasanna Ranaweera’s two-storey house located at Sarathchandra Dias Mawatha, Pamunuwila in Gonawala has been pelted with stones.
An officer of the Sapugaskanda Police said that eight windows of the house were damaged in the attack.
It was reported that no one was in the house at the time of the attack.
Police are trying to identify the suspects after examining the footage of the CCTV cameras installed in the vicinity.
